dues
Invoices for dues are sent out via Mail/Email by late August and are due by October 1st. Dues not received by October 1st will be assessed a $25 late fee.

Thanks to Liz Baldini, Marcotte Disposal has offered our Subdivision reduced rates beginning October 2026. Rates were given due to an increase of 20% of our residents switching to Marcotte. Thank you for your support in establishing a community disposal company, gaining discounted rates, and limiting the number of trucks on our new streets.
Road construction is moving along. Looking at a completion date of the end of September.
The 2 feet of gravel being installed at the edge of our new streets is a required step in order for out roads to be meet St. Clair County Road requirements. It’s purpose is to stabilize our roads. Eventually your grass will cover the gravel per Phil Porte from BMJ.
Additional speed limit signs and replacement of stop sign will be installed after street project is complete.
Reminder to dog owners to please pick up your dog’s waste deposited on streets and beach area.
Beautification of our neighborhood rests on each resident’s effort to maintain their individual property.
